Today we are announcing the general availability of Demodesk AI Crew, the in-app workspace where revenue teams build, install, and run their own autonomous AI sales agents. AI Crew is live for every Demodesk customer from May 15, 2026.
Until now, sales AI worked one of two ways. Either a vendor decided what your AI did, or you paid an engineer to build something custom. AI Crew is the third option. Every Demodesk user can describe a task in plain English, connect any tool, and the AI Agent Builder ships an autonomous agent that runs on schedule or trigger. No code. No prompt engineering. No engineer required.
What AI Crew is
AI Crew sits in Demodesk’s Home sidebar. The AI Agent Builder is the no-code creation flow inside it. The marketplace ships with 30+ pre-built autonomous agents and 158+ skills across prospecting, discovery, qualification, account management, pipeline, enablement, coaching, and industry-specific playbooks. Every Demodesk plan includes 1,000 agent runs per month.
Why we built it
Demodesk’s four pre-built AI agents (AI Assistant, AI Coach, AI Analyst, AI CRM Concierge) cover the work that 80% of sales teams need. The remaining 20% is team-specific.
We hear the same pattern from customers:
- An SDR team wants account research that follows their exact qualifying questions.
- An AE team wants a post-meeting handover agent that briefs Customer Success the way the AE writes briefs.

How it works
The Agent Builder runs three steps:
- Describe.Type the task in plain English. “After every demo, draft a follow-up email referencing the prospect’s industry, the top three objections raised, and the next-step we proposed.”
- Connect. Select the tools the agent needs. HubSpot or Salesforce for context, Gmail or Outlook to draft, Slack to notify a manager when the draft is ready.
- Run. The agent activates. It executes on every relevant trigger and routes outputs through human approval before sending. Approve or edit, then send.
The agent learns the team’s preferences over time. Every approve or edit feeds back into how it drafts next time.
Built on the four-agent foundation
AI Crew agents can call any of Demodesk’s pre-built agents as building blocks:
- AI Assistant. Recording, transcription in 98 languages, summaries, follow-up drafts, CRM sync.
- AI Coach. Call scoring against MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger, SPIN, or custom scorecards.

A custom Crew agent can chain these. AI Assistant transcribes the demo, AI Coach scores it against MEDDIC, AI CRM Concierge updates the deal stage, and a custom Crew agent sends a Slack alert to the manager if the call was scored at-risk. All of it runs autonomously after the call ends.
